EcomGiga provides a managed e-commerce store operations service. We set up and manage online stores on platforms like eBay, Etsy, and others on behalf of our clients. This is a service arrangement — not a franchise, investment scheme, or employment contract.
You own 100% of the store and all assets within it. The accounts, inventory, and revenue belong to you. EcomGiga operates the store on your behalf under a service agreement. You retain full ownership at all times.
Fees include a monthly management fee and an agreed profit share percentage. Both are outlined and agreed in writing before any work begins. If the store does not generate profit, we do not take a profit share. Fees may be adjusted with notice.
Clients may refer others to EcomGiga. Successful referrals may result in a reduction of your monthly management fee, as outlined in our referral terms. Referral benefits are subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time.
You are solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from your store's revenue and activity. This includes income tax, VAT (if applicable), and any platform-specific tax reporting. We do not provide tax advice.
We do not and cannot guarantee any specific level of income, profit, or sales. E-commerce involves inherent risk including market fluctuations, platform policy changes, supplier issues, and competition. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
We operate on third-party platforms (eBay, Etsy, etc.) whose policies, algorithms, and terms may change without notice. Account suspensions, listing removals, or fee changes are outside our control. We will do our best to mitigate these risks but cannot prevent them.
While we handle day-to-day operations, some level of client involvement is expected. This may include approving decisions, responding to messages, and staying informed about your store's progress. We will communicate regularly through agreed channels.
There is no lock-in period or long-term contract. Either party may terminate the arrangement with reasonable notice (typically 30 days). Upon termination, you retain full ownership of your store and all its contents.
EcomGiga's liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered. We are not liable for lost profits, consequential damages, platform actions, or any losses arising from e-commerce activities. Our service is provided on a best-efforts basis.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
